By submitting an order on our website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Terms & Conditions 

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully as by placing an order it will be taken that you have agreed to them.  

We reserve the right to vary the conditions of use at any time, we advise you to review the terms on a regular basis, as it will be deemed you have accepted variations if you continue to place an order after they have been posted.  

Weight and Price Variations 

We have 2 different pricing formats; some items are available at a set price with an approximate weight and other items are available with an estimated weight and a price per kilo.  

Because orders are all individually freshly prepared by hand it can be expected that there will be variations in weights above or below.  

For items that are displayed with an exact price and an approximate weight we allow a variation of up to 10% either above or below the approximate weight.  

For items with an approximate weight and set price per kilo we will cut the piece as close to the weight selected but we will then only charge you for what you have actually had.  

How this works is, you will be given an estimated cost for the item and when we have freshly prepared it for you, we will weigh and update the order with the exact weight, and you will be charged accordingly. If you specifically want the item not too to be more than the requested weight, please leave a note in the comments sections when placing the order.

Cancellation and Order Amendments 

We regret that due to the short timescale involved in processing fresh meat orders, you will be unable to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed unless specifically agreed by ourselves.  

Unfulfilled Orders 

We may at times not be able to fulfil you order completely because of limited supply of a specific item. In the unfortunate event we are unable to supply an item, we will do our best to contact you to offer you an alternative. If you do not accept the alternative or we are unable to contact you, we will cancel this item from your order and process the refund.   

Collection 

You can choose to collect your order us at checkout and we will be in touch to confirm collection date/time.  

We will hold your order for 2 days from the agreed date , if you do not collect within this time we will have to dispose of the order and the delivery will be deemed complete. We do not offer refunds for uncollected orders.  

Delivery 

If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to advise.  

Our local orders are delivered by one of our refrigerated vans to ensure that your produce arrives in perfect condition.  

We will give you a delivery window and you must make suitable arrangements to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.  

You are responsible for the care of the produce upon arrival and the products should be refrigerated without delay.  

Complaints

We pride ourselves in the quality of products and the service we provide and by shopping with us you can expect the same high standards you would receive if you were visiting our shop in person. We do not offer any money back guaranties, however if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the produce received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. All complaints will be dealt with personally and in an appropriate manner. 

We regret we are unable to accept returned goods or claims for goods ordered in error, due to their perishable nature.
